Welcome, I’m Chloe, the creative director

Living with a creative mind

I’ve been told I think differently to others, which means I’m always on a mission to see how things can be done better.

How I work

I always work online, except for the occasional in-person project. I work 1:1 with

I believe open communication is the special sauce to any working relationship so I always walk through boundaries at the start of a project to ensure that we get the most out of our time working together.

Email is always the best way for us to communicate as its the easiest way t keep on top of where we are at with things

I ensure that I have regular time off so that I can rest and revive my creative mind. This means I try to work 3 days client-facing per week and I also take of the whole of December every year.

“I believe in empowering people to run their business in the most harmonious way for them”

— Chloe, founder of Pink Flamingo

A few things I’m passionate about

Simplicity

Making things simpler is better all round!

Creativity

Things have to be fun, otherwise we don’t want to do them.

Community

Being part of a community where we can share knowledge and support is so important.

Balance

Burnout has been a huge issue of mine in the past which is why I have strict boundaries with my work-life balance.

A bit about my background

I grew up in rural Wales and left for university to study business and management with marketing at Cardiff School of Management. After a few years in marketing and sales roles, and always knowing I wanted to work for myself, I started my business in 2015. In the last 10 years I’ve worked on hundreds of different projects for businesses. I focus on working with female business owners

When I’m not working…

You will probably find me on Mallorca hanging out with friends, paddleboarding, expressing myself at ecstatic dances, browsing vintage markets, exploring the countryside on on my bike, or getting in touch with nature searching out lakes and waterfalls.

I love to find new experiences, attend self development retreats, and create a sense of community, I’m a bit of a hippy at heart.
