Often its harder than we think for customers to buy. One of my favourite solutions is to ensure that your sales can flow as easily as possible.
I work with my clients to map out their customer journey to identify what steps and systems can be put in place to maximise ease for customers, and for you running the business!
These include every stage of the process: attraction, interest, decision and action, alongside getting clients to repeat, refer and recommend!

There are many aspects in putting together a website which is why it often stalls.
My solution is that I essentially work as the project manager, to piece together and action each stage, to make the experience as painless as possible!
I love to create straight-forward website designs, which deliver the information and systems for potential clients to communicate their offering.
#3 Tech Systems
I'm a total geek when it comes to finding the perfect systems for my clients.
I especially love building booking systems—mine is essential to my business, and I know how much they can simplify the customer experience.
With the right systems in place, we can all free up more time to focus on what truly matters without all the unnecessary hours of admin headache!!
#4 Online Platforms
For clients looking to create passive income, I’ve been creating online course platforms and membership areas.
This includes producing beautiful sales pages, developing the sales workflow, and producing launch plans for maximum sales impact.
I’ve also been working with a client to create a member’s area for their online fitness programme to showcase all the content. The result has gained lots of great feedback from participants!

Content is key to sharing your story and showcasing what you do.
I help clients develop a strategic content plan that aligns with their goals, engages their audience, and fosters a strong online community.
Additionally, I guide clients in building confidence with video, offering coaching to help them speak naturally on camera—without the awkwardness!
#6 Ongoing Support
Let’s be honest—business is constantly evolving, and staying on top of things is key to keeping everything running smoothly.
That’s why I offer ongoing support, meeting with clients each month for a dedicated “marketing meeting.” Together, we brainstorm ideas, create an actionable plan, and make necessary updates to keep their strategy fresh and effective.
It’s all about providing accountability and support exactly where it’s needed most.
